CelebNMusic247.com has learned that O.J Simpson’s former prosecutor Chris Darden is now representing Eric Holder, Nipsey Hussle’s alleged murder.
Eric Holder, also known as Shitty Cuz, 29, an aspiring rapper who fatally shot Nipsey Hussle on Sunday, was charged during a court appearance Thursday afternoon
If you recall, back in the 90s Chris Darden was on the prosecutor’s side during the OJ Case, meaning his focus on trial was to convince the jury that OJ was guilty.
Though we find this a disgusting that peria like Chris Darden is just ready to rep a murder like Eric Holder, the low life who shot and killed Nipsey Hussle in front of his daughter.
On Thursday, Eric was charged with one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.
Following the charges, Holder’s attorney Chris Darden reportedly entered a ‘not guilty’ plea on behalf of Eric during his court appearance this afternoon. After being questioned by Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Teresa T. Sullivan, Holder made a brief comment, agreeing to delay the next court proceeding until May 10.
According to the LA Times:
Darden argued unsuccessfully to keep media cameras from filming his client during the arraignment hearing, saying he believed there was an “issue of identity.”
The judge set Holder’s bail at $5 million.
