After months of legal back and forth between Nelly sexual assault accuser, the two have agreed to drop the case, once and for all.

Throughout the lawsuit, Nelly has maintained his innocence. At one point we told you Greene was trying to get Nelly’s defamation lawsuit thrown out since she claims it did happen.

Now, Bossip is reporting that the lawsuits between both parties has been dropped.

Nelly’s sexual assault accuser, Monique Green filed new legal docs, is now claiming to have come to an agreement with the St Louis rapper. Green and Nelly have agreed to toss the civil rape case, in which she accused the rapper of raping her on his tour bus after an appearance.

At this time, it remains unclear if Monique Green and Nelly came to a financial agreement in the case. Moreover, both parties will pay for their own legal fees, in the wake of the case dismissal.

CelebNMusic2147.com previously reported back in 2017 that Nelly’s sexual assault accuser refused to testify.

We also told you the case had been dropped. Now, almost a year to date, the two have appeared to have settled out of court.
