Rumors have been swirling on who is the new cast member of Real Housewives of Atlanta which some sources have revealed that it’s Mynique Smith!
Nene Leakes, Cynthia, Phaedra Parks, Kenya Moore, Porsha Stewart and Kandi Burruss are currently in the middle of filming their sixth season, but a source thanks to our friends over at Reality Tea has revealed that rumored newbee castmate is Mynique Smith.

Mynique was spotted cruising around Savannah, GA with NeNe Leakes and other cast mates!
Mynique is happily married to former Atlanta Falcons player Chuck Smith and allegedly replaces Kim Zolciak in the baller’s wife role. Mynique apparently came to the attention of the producers through NeNe Leakes, who is the source to getting most the cast on the show like; Phaedra Parks and Kenya Moore!
Mynique’s husband told Access Atlanta he has know NeNe for “24 years growing up in Athens” and that NeNe and Mynique, a mother of three, have been friends for 12 years. She also knows She By She Broke from her hubby’s football days. Chuck was quick to point out that Mynique isn’t confirmed as a castmember just yet and hasn’t “officially” joined the show.
Mynique and Chuck recently attended NeNe’s re-wedding to Gregg, where she got friendly with some of the other ladies on the show.

“She is just hanging out with friends, as a guest of NeNe but anything is possible.”
Mynique is currently being considered with other ladies as a potential full-time cast member but could also sign on merely as a ‘Friend of the Housewives’.
Unlike Porcha Stewart’s husband, Chuck is supportive if his wife agrees to being on the show.
“I support my wife in all endeavors she is involved in. I believe in her.”
“Yeah, I believe Bravo will do anything to make Mynique look bad and she better hang onto her clorox hat, her fan, her faux booty, her wig, her marbles – whatever it is she has to grab!”
Yesterday, Mynique Smith and the RHOA ladies have been Tweeting and Instagramming new pics this week that show off their new reality star BFF. Mynique is the wife of former Atlanta Falcon player Chuck Smith.
