CelebnMusic247.com reports rapper Tory Lanez appeared by phone today for a hearing at L.A. County Superior Court today (October 13th) for allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion.
Last week it was reported that Tory Lanez was charged for the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion. Shortly after the charge Lanez responded.
Here is what we’ve learned via AHH:
The Los Angeles County District Attorney charged the Toronto rapper with assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and one count of carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle.
The rapper has not entered into a plea yet, because his lawyer asked for a continuance. But his bail was set at $190,000 and Tory must stay at least 100 yards away from Meg if they happen to run across each other.
It was said that Tory and Megan Thee Stallion infamously clashed following a night out at a Hollywood Hills party. Shortly after the altercation Meg was shot.
Before the altercation Megan and Tory were spotted seen partying and drunk in a pool.

Megan was said to have warned Lanez to stop lying to the press, and when it continued she decided to tell the media.
Lanez broke his silence and has continued to say that Meg framed him. There was even a petition to have him deported from the US back to Canada.
