Sorry, Teairra Mari, you got denied a restraining order against 50 Cent!
It seems Love & Hip Hop star Teairra Mari can’t win when trying to shut down 50 Cent. Read on…
CelebNMusic247.com has learned that Teairra Mari and her attorney is blasting the judge for getting too technical when it comes to “engaging” in a sexual act.
The previously released a campaign against her ex Akbar for exposing her sexcapades online, the one Fiddy allegedly got a hold of.
Teairra went after her ex, Akbar Abdul-Ahad, and his friend, 50, claiming they teamed up to spread images of her on Instagram that included Teairra with ejaculate all over her face. Mari was requesting a restraining order against 50 Cent but the judge has now denied that motion.
Why was the restraining order denied?
Because she [judge] was not convinced that the photo 50 Cent posted, with ejaculate on our client’s face, showed her ‘engaging’ in a sexual act. Lisa Bloom also claims the judge wasn’t convinced 50 would post the photo again.
Common sense dictates that a photo of a woman with ejaculate on her face clearly depicts a sex act, and is the kind of humiliation the revenge porn law was designed to ban.
As for Akbar, that’s a whole other story – he’s scheduled to face the judge later this month.
