Streets is talking and what we are hearing is that former Live with Regis and Kelly host, Regis Philbin is reportedly unhappy with the huge success of his predecesor, Michael Strahan.
Word is, retirement isn’t all that Philbin hoped it would be according to a close source.
A source said:
“Of course, it hurts him; of course, it affects him.”
“Has he ever been on the show since he’s left? No. That’s it for him. He can’t be too happy about that since leaving.”
Kelly and Michael have enjoyed a huge ratings bump since Michael joined the team. But honestly, I don’t know that it’s all Michael…Kelly has always been better when she wasn’t sitting next to Regis.
