NYC Fashion Designer Michele Savoia Found Dead
The shocking news broke over the weekend that a NYC based fashion designer, Michele Savoia, was found by the police in the Hudson River on Sunday.
Michele Savoia, 55, was a suit designer and boutique owner (House of Savoia) was last seen leaving club Marquee in the early hours on Thursday, but had been missing since Friday.
CelebNMusic247.com has learned that Michele was found in the Hudson off Chelsea Piers, near the house boat he lived on. According to law-enforcement, they do not suspect foul play. However, his girlfriend Julia Berg, spoke about the tragedy:
“I’m just so glad they found the body. Not knowing was the worst.”
“He just had a lust for life. That’s why I fell in love with him. I never met anyone like him before…He just loved doing things visually. He always said that he built suits. He never said he made suits.”
