Yung Berg weighs in on some inappropriate comments about dark-skinned women he made back in 2008 and 7 years later Yung Berg Doesn’t Care If You Don’t Like Him!
There is nothing like some love and Hip Hop Hollywood gossip to kick off the first season of LHHH. Back in 2008, Yung Berg killed his rap career when he made some totally inappropriate comments about dark-skinned women during a radio interview with Lip Service, CelebNMusic247.com learned.
Now the rapper/producer turned reality star does care what you think of him and has made that clear during his response at a press conference for the upcoming season 1 of Love and Hip Hop Hollywood.
The Love and Hip Hop Hollywood cast member Berg said back then:
“I’m kinda racist … I don’t like dark butts …. You know how some women prefer light skin men or dark skin men. It’s rare that I do dark butts – that’s what I call dark-skinned women … I [don’t date women] darker than me. I love the pool test. If you can jump in the pool exactly like you are and you don’t come out looking better than you looked before going in the pool – then that’s not a good look. Any woman that uses brown gel to set down her baby hair is not poppin’!!!”
Although, Berg’s career spitting on the mic has ended he still is cashing in since he been keeping his bank account afloat by staying behind the scenes by writing and producing for other artists.
Now at a a recent press conference for “Love and Hip Hop Hollywood,” Yung Berg dug himself another hole saying:
“You may hate me or have an opinion about me, but you’ve been in your car listening to records that I’ve written or produced. So I really get the chuckle at that. Now I’m laughing.”
It seems Berg hasn’t learned that some thing are best not said when interviewing, especially when it comes to offending dark skinned women for his tasteless comments.
It’s been seven years since Berg ruined his rap career and its apparent he doesn’t care what anyone thinks about him.
