CelebnMusic247.com reports that Kim Kardashian is reportedly getting the Hidden Hills Mansion in her divorce from Kanye West.
Kim Kardashian West will retain the $60 million family mansion in her divorce from Kanye West to raise their children there.
Sources “close to the former couple,” told TMZ that the reality star has been staying at the home with their four children while she and West hash out the finer points of their split. It appears this is where Kim and the kids will remain. This is no shock since Kanye was said to lose millions in divorce.
The insider added that Kim loves the monastic mansion her rapper ex-designed in collaboration with Belgian interior designer Axel Vervoordt which took almost six years to renovate. She has NO PLANS on moving out.
The Kardashian/Jenner clan all live in Hidden Hills and it only makes sense to remain there for family’s sake. The kids are all close to their cousins and the sisters are close. Basically, her family lives within walking distance in the heavily celebrity-populated neighborhood.
Another reason the makes this the perfect choice is that Kanye West has spent most of his time over the past year on their Wyoming ranch.
Since the divorce, Kanye was spotted at the Hidden Hills mansion to get his things and officially move out of the property, including 500 pairs of sneakers.
A source confirmed:
They both felt it would be less dramatic without both of them in the house.
While Ye was moving out, Kim was on a girls’ trip with her sisters and children in Turks and Caicos at the time.
Since her filing for divorce, “Kim has been trying her best, though, for the kids.”
They added:
Even though she has been thinking about divorce for months, she hasn’t filed because she feels terrible for the kids.
Kim stayed in Hidden Hills to “provide a safe and stable environment for the kids.”
