The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards Will NOT Do Jail Time since she has dodged a bullet after she was arrested for shoplifting.

Everyone thought Kim Richards was heading to jail, but we were all wrong!

We have new details in regards to Richards legal problems. Here is what we are now hearing from TMZ, who reports:

The judge will not sentence the RHOBH star Kim Richards to do any jail time.

Instead, Kim was sentenced to do 30 days of community labor, and was placed on 3 years probation.

Kim reportedly tried to convince the judge that she was unable to do community labor because she was suffering from a foot injury.

Nice try, Kim, but the judge did not accept Kim’s attempt to dismiss the community labor.

Kim must also attend 52 AA classes, one a week for the next year, plus must stay 100 yards away from the Beverly Hills Hotel.
