Trinidad James Will NEVER Apologize for New York Diss!
Trinidad James airs his feelings on the New York diss and responds to New York with his “The Truth Will Set You Free” Vlog!
Trinidad James only said what he said at the Converse concert series to get New York to play the younger generation New York rappers on mainstream radio. James states that he DID NOT DISRESPECT New York, but he WILL NOT apologize for what he said. It turns out that it’s a vlog where Trinidad discusses his remarks, saying that he chose the wrong place to have a “barbershop conversation.”
Trinidad’s remarks were toward NY radio NOT Internet radio like Funk MasterFlex, KSlay and more, since they rep New York with New York style hip hop unlike Power 105.1 and HOT 97 who flood the airwaves with Atlanta based music.
Trinidad James goes on to say that this is not apology, and he will not apologize for saying that the South runs New York musically, however, he does say he meant no disrespect to the city.
