CelebnMusic247.com reports that the woman who sued Trey Songz for $20 million has now dropped her lawsuit.
Per RadarOnline:
Word is, the woman told the court that she wants the “entire action” thrown out but did leave it open for the chance to refile at a later date.
According to the lawsuit, Doe ant Trey had a causal and occasionally sexual relationship until things went left one night on March 24, 2016, when he “anally raped” her.
She claimed:
A rape so brutal that Plaintiff Jane Doe required and received immediate emergency medical care.
The court documents, say that Trigga invited her over to a party in the Valley. At the event, she said he asked her to come upstairs with him. She said she believed they were going to have consensual sex.
The suit claimed as they walked upstairs, “Trey Songz repeatedly asked [Doe] if Defendant could “get that a–.” [Doe] repeatedly told [Trey] NO and to stop asking.” The implication being he wanted to have anal sex.
The bottom line NO MEANS NO and if Trey didn’t oblige to that rule then he is guilty, but he has gotten off since she dropped the suit. The rumors of him playing for the same team is truly not a rumor. We know a couple guys that have slept with him. But Trey bottoms for men (allegedly).
