The 28 year-old singer is spending a whooping $35k a month on a Hollywood Hills mansion right next door to Ne-Yo, and is surrounded by other celebs like Cher, Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt.
The 13,000sq ft newly-purchased home comes with 10 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a gym, floor-to-ceiling windows, a movie theater, and an elevator.
