Over the Emmy weekend, Tom Arnold and Celebrity Apprentice producer Mark Burnett got into a fight.

The big controversy is who started it. If you ask Tom Arnold, Mark Burnett just came up and choked him out. There have been conflicting reports from bystanders who claim Mark started it and others who say Tom started the fight. So who told the truth? Read on for more tea…

CelebNMusic247.com reports, after Tom Arnold left the police station he provided more detail from the scuffle.

Sometimes its hard to believe who is telling the truth when it’s coming from storytellers, actors who live in Hollywood the land of smoke and mirrors.

They always say the one who goes to the press first is always telling the truth, but are they? Which leads us to the question, “Is Tom Arnold telling the truth?”

We don’t doubt that Mark Burnett choked Arnold out in a violent act of anger, but what is the real story?  There seem to be something missing.

Tom apparently kept hounding Burnett for the Celebrity Apprentice videos from every season, because he is on a mission to prove that his former friend Donald Trump is indeed a racist and used the N-word.

What we find interesting is Tom Arnold has been able to parlay his quest to prove he’s right into a TV series called “The Hunt for the Trump Tapes With Tom Arnold” on Viceland.(Tuesday nights)

It also seems that Mark Burnett is NOT too pleased with Arnold’s new series and when the two saw each other at the same event it was on!

Tom Arnold has gone as far as saying that he truly believed Mark wanted to kill him and now he needs a doctor.
