Cake Boss Buddy Valastro did not go down without a verbal fight but before NYPD cuffed TLC’s The Cake Boss Arrested he screamed, “You can’t arrest me. I’m the cake boss!”

Really? Such a fopa!

CelebNMusic247.com caught wind of the ridiculousness about Buddy resisting arrest in NYC in the early morning hours.

Here’s the report via TMZ:

TMZ broke the story … Buddy was arrested at 1 AM in NYC after cops say they saw him swerving in his 2014 YELLOW CORVETTE. According to the District Attorney‘s docs … Buddy’s blood alcohol content was .09. Of course, the legal limit is .08.

Buddy was in court Thursday as the complaint was read out loud, and it’s entertaining. It says Buddy told cops he was a good guy and they should just put him in a cab … not arrest him.

He pled not guilty to DWI and was released without bail.

We guess booze and cake don’t mix!
