The Warriors Win NBA Playoff So JR Smith Hit The Club!!!
Tonight was the final night of the NBA playoffs as The Warriors Win NBA Playoff So JR Smith Hit The Club. The Warriors Dominated tonight!
While Oakland’s Golden State Warriors are relishing in their second NBA Playoffs win since 1975, the Cleveland Cavaliers didn’t seem to have their head in the game.
Tonight fans noticed that J.R. Smith looked like he was somewhere else while the Cavs coach tried to get his team hyped to complete their comeback in the second half and send the NBA Finals to a Game 7.
It didn’t happen. Take a look at this Vine clip below:
Golden State reign champions for the NBA Playoff of 2015:
Golden State trailed 2-1 following a Game 3 loss, but that proved to be the Warriors’ final loss of the season. They closed out the NBA Finals with three straight wins, including an impressive performance in Game 6 to claim the NBA championship.
As for the MVP of this years playoffs?
That honor goes to Andre Iguodala, the guard went from sixth man to Finals MVP:
The dynamic of the 2015 NBA Finals changed when Warriors coach Steve Kerr inserted Andre Iguodala into the starting lineup. Iguodala made such an impact in helping Golden State win the NBA title that he took home NBA Finals MVP honors. Stephen Curry may lead the way offensively for the Warriors, but Iguodala played a massive role at both ends of the court for the new NBA champions.
Iguodala hadn’t started a game all season until he joined the starting five for Game 3. The Warriors didn’t lose again. He spent the series serving as the primary defender on LeBron James, and while James put up huge numbers, Iguodala did an admirable job defending and came up with several huge defensive plays in key moments against James. His defensive effort was valuable enough, but Iguodala also found his outside shot during the series and became a major offensive contributor. – SBNation
Iguodala beat James by a 7-4 vote to win Finals MVP honors.
After the game was over, J.R. Smith took his loss with pride and headed to the club and we have the tweet to prove it:
