CelebNMusic247.com reports on Tekashi69 who entered a not-guilty plea to racketeering charges at his last in court date is having some severe issues.
HNHH reports:
During the legal proceedings, the evidence against him was presented as they rehashed events leading up to his being taken into police custody on November 18.
The newest addition to the prosecution’s case building comes in the form of a confidential informant. 6ix9ine’s lawyer has since reportedly confirmed his concern.
Lance Lazarro is said to have commented on the serious development:
Anytime there is a confidential informant, there is cause for concern.
Meanwhile, the prosecution claims to have acquired a “quite voluminous” amount of evidence via recordings of the rapper provided by the informant.
Though his attorney claims to remain optimistic about the outcome by sustaining belief in 69. He believes ultimately 6ix9ine will be released as an innocent man.
He said:
I am confident that any recorded conversations with [Tekashi] will prove that he was never a part of the Enterprise and support the conclusion that he’s innocent.
Tekashi is also remaining positive although he is “not happy to be in jail” until his trial date of September 2019.
It appears his Dummy album is titled perfectly.
