CelebnMusic247.com has learned via documents obtained by Complex that Shotti is asking for a court-appointed attorney to deal with “aid in presenting issues” to the court and for the court to vacate all charges “and the fatally defective superseding information.”

Shotti is also claiming he has just $1200 in his account.

The filing states:

The petitioner’s [Shotti’s] case is complex and beyond any understanding, he has of the law and its procedures. The petitioner desperately needs the help of legal counsel to properly prepare the issues and supporting facts and laws to support each issue that will be presented before this honorable court.

Shotti’s request was granted by a judge and he was appointed a lawyer.

During his recent interview with DJ Akademiks, Tr3yway Entertainment manager Shotti, whose net worth is $3M, claimed he is a millionaire:

The point is I’m a millionaire and he was mad… I came in jail a millionaire and I’m gonna go home a millionaire with probably more money than I came in with. There was never a need for me to steal anything.

This was all said regarding the incident with his former client 6ix9ine.
