Tamar Braxton Hospitalized after Possible Attempted Suicide!

Grammy-nominated singer Tamar Braxton was hospitalized after police responded to a report of a possible suicide attempt. Read on…

CelebNMusic247.com reports that Tamar Braxton of the “Braxton Family Values” and upcoming docuseries “Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life” is now said to have attempted suicide.

Braxton was said to have been drinking and taking prescription pills and may have overdosed, according to her boyfriend David Adefeso.

Tamar Braxton was staying at the Ritz Carlton Residences in Downtown Los Angeles, near LA Live, with her boyfriend David Adefeso.

What we’ve learned is that David found Tamar “unresponsive” – he called 911 to report his girlfriend had been drinking and taking an unknown amount of prescription pills. Sources say he believed it was a possible suicide attempt.

It appears that Tamar had been going through some things earlier on Thursday.

The report reads as follows:

When EMTs arrived we’re told they found Tamar unconscious inside her room. Her boyfriend, David Adefeso, told cops she may have overdosed on pills and alcohol.

Our sources say the boyfriend also told police Tamar had been upset earlier in the day and had threatened suicide. Our law enforcement sources say Tamar did not leave a note, reports TMZ.

Page Six Style reported earlier this summer.

My family did get on me; it was a natural reaction with my sisters and girlfriends. They were like, ‘Girl, what you are you going through? Are you all right? Do I need to come see you? Do you need some help? When was the last time you ate?’ I got all of that.

A spokesperson for the Braxton family released the following statement: “Tamar has had a very tough and emotional day – more information will be coming in the next few days. Please pray for her.”

Details are still coming in as the story is still developing…

We will keep you posted.

CelebNMusic247.com is sending prayers to the family and friends of the family. Please let this not be true.
