Suspect Arrested In Stabbing Of Minaj Tour Member:

Last week we reported that Nicki’s tour manager was stabbed and killed, now  suspect arrested in stabbing of Minaj tour member.

Pierce Boykin, of Philadelphia, was charged Monday with attempted murder for stabbing Eric Parker, 27, outside the CHE Bar & Grill Feb. 18 around 2:45 a.m., cops said.

De’Von (Day Day) Pickett, of Brooklyn, was stabbed multiple times in the upper body during the attack and died at about 3 a.m., officials said. There have been no charges in connection with his death.

“At this time, they just have enough information that ties that subject to stabbing the second gentleman,” police spokeswoman Christine O’Brien said.

“It’s still an active investigation so that could change at any time,” she said.

Police said the two were attacked outside the bar in the city’s Mount Airy section. Pickett’s pastor said the 29-year-old was trying to help a woman escape a melee.

Boykin was charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, and related offenses, cops said.

Pickett’s wake will be held from noon to 6 p.m. on Friday at Grace Tabernacle in Brooklyn.

His body will then be taken to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church for a musical celebration of his life at 7 p.m. A second viewing will be held next Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., followed by a funeral service.
