Stephen Colbert New Host Of The Late Show
BREAKING: CBS Network has been OFFICIALLY announced that Stephen Colbert will be the next host of the Late Show.
After much speculation and guessing, CBS has announced that Stephen Colbert will be the next host of the Late Show. CelebNMusic247.com has learned via 4UMF.com that Colbert will be taking over Letterman’s spot.
Last week, David Letterman caused a frenzy when he surprised everyone when he announced he was hanging up the mic and walking away from late night television after more than three decades on the air.
Colbert will be free from his duties of hosting his own Comedy Central show the Colbert Report when his contract is up in December. Letterman is slated to retire some time in 2015.
Congrats, Colbert!
