In the trailer to the new reality series on the block, Starter Wives Confidential is a no holds bar series putting some of the rap industries most know rappers, NBA players and radio personalities on BLAST.

Last night, Starter Wives Confidential premiered on TLC and many of you probably didn’t know, so we are bringing you the dish on the new reality series that reveals all the dirt.

To start off Starter Wives stands for the seven women who stood by their men through thick and thin until success, fame, infidelity or violence ended their relationships.

In this series, the ringleader is TV personality and media entrepreneur Monica Joseph-Taylor, estranged spouse of hip-hop DJ Funkmaster Flex.

Taylor organizes a cadre of women in similar situations to appear on the show: Zakia Baum, ex-girlfriend of rapper Maino; Cheryl Caruso, ex-wife of convicted mobster Phil Caruso; Josie Harris, ex-girlfriend of boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr.; Liza Morales, ex-girlfriend of NBA player Lamar Odom, who’s currently married to Khloe Kardashian; Tashera Simmons, ex of rapper DMX; and Shaniqua Tompkins, ex-girlfriend of rapper 50 Cent.

In the first episode, 50 Cents ex-girlfriend/baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins quit the show after Fif put a gag order on Shaniqua stating that if she continued to do the show she would lose everything. She is no longer on the show.
