CelebNMusic247.com has just got word that Star Wars actor Jake Lloyd has been arrested after a car chase in South Carolina.

Jake is no longer that cute little boy apparently, he was taken into custody after ploughing into trees after an extensive police chase, TMZ reports.

Lloyd was allegedly driving in Charleston, South Carolina, when law enforcement officers began pursuing him.

The pursuit took place over a number of miles, with Lloyd driving recklessly at high speed before crashing into woodland.

The actor was then arrested for reckless driving, failure to stop, resisting arrest and driving without a licence.
