Sorry America Justin Bieber Gets to Stay
The White House has spoken and that awesome petition to rid us of the Biebs has failed and now America is stuck with the trouble making Justin Bieber.
On Friday, The White House gave their official response to a petition signed by more than 273,000 people to have Bieber deported to Canada after a string of boozy antics and arrests.
Unfortunately for the handful of American‘s who wanted to see Justin gone didn’t get their wish. Lucky for all the fans he’ll be here to stay.
A statement on petitions.whitehouse.gov, reads:
“Sorry to disappoint, but we won’t be commenting on this one.”
“We’ll leave it to others to comment on Mr. Bieber’s case, but we’re glad you care about immigration issues.”
The White House argued immigration reform will shrink our deficits by almost $1 trillion in the next 20 years.
It adds:
“For those of you counting at home, that’s 12.5 billion concert tickets — or 100 billion copies of Mr. Bieber’s debut album.”
It’s obvious that his record sales out weighed his illegal behavior. We fin it interesting because Charlie Chaplin was a HUGE success back in his time, but when he made a joke about President Franklin D. Roosevelt being a cross dresser, he was deported for life. He only came back once to get an honorary Oscar.
Though his legacy is all over LA at the now Jim Henson studios on southeast corner of La Brea and Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood built in 1917. His theater on Broadway in downtown LA called the Los Angeles Theatre and the numerous homes where Chaplin lived.
It seems Bieber didn’t offend the President so he’s here to stay…
Yay!
