(CelebNMusic247-News) Save Happy Endings
Happy Endings is one of the funniest shows on TV, but for some reason ABC thought it was smart to put Happy Endings and Don’t Trust The B—- In Apt. 23 on Tuesday nights up against NBC’s Go On and New Normal vs FOX TV‘s New Girl and The Mindy Project – Basically there was no room for ABC to compete.
Instead of putting these two show on Wednesday or Thursday night where they would have soared in the ratings they cancelled Don’t Trust The B—- In Apt. 23 and benched Happy Endings until now.
But they’re only going to keep Happy Endings as long as there are viewers. And to make things even tougher for Happy Endings they’ve put it on Friday night which is focused to teenagers because they are the only ones home besides their parents.
We are fans of the show its hilarious, but its focused on 20+ year old’s – the jokes are funny and its better than Friends! We ask you to save Happy Endings and watch it on Friday’s at 8 p.m. on ABC.
Here is what ABC is asking fans of the show to do, if you want to see it comeback. You only one chance to watch the show or it will be gone on ABC.
To recap:
The network released a new promo asking fans to save the show by watching its new hour-long episodes beginning on Friday, March 29 at 8 p.m. ET. In the past, ABC has said it supports the show “everyone raves about,” but it’s easy to see why fans may take this as a slap in the face.
In January, ABC president Paul Lee said the network was behind both “Happy Endings” and “Don’t Trust The B—- In Apt. 23” … and then canceled the latter less than two weeks later.
The two shows aired on Tuesdays, then ABC started airing new episodes on both Tuesdays and Sundays before canceling “Apt. 23” and announcing “Happy Endings” would be benched, then moved to Fridays. “‘Happy Endings’ is ready [to stand on its own] and we’re going to do that as we go … These are shows that we love,” Lee said in January.
