Rob Zombie Leads A Fury of Bands at Aftershock Day 2!!!

Aftershock Fest 2014 day 2, the largest rock concert on the West Coast Rob Zombie Leads a Fury of Bands the ripped, shredded, demolished and dominated each of the four stages.

Discovery Park in Sacramento was turned upside down on day two as CelebNMusic247.com was in the mix as bands like KYNG, Otherwise, We Are Harlot, We Came As Romans, New Medicine, Atreyu, Burn Halo, Escape The Fate Fallrise, Young Guns, Black Stone Cherry, Unlocking The Truth, Of Mice & Men, Theory of A Deadman, Buckcherry, Pennywise, Lacuna Coil, Seether, Mastodon, Rise Against, Five Finger Death Punch, Rob Zombie and Godsmack.

Despite the extreme heat that made you feel like you’re melting in the sun, day 2 of Aftershock was the place if you love metal. It blew us literally away with such unbelievable performances by all the bands. It was a never ending day of rock music bliss. Each of the bands took the stage and gave fans a hardcore heavy metal splendorous experience. We couldn’t get enough and neither could any of the 19,000+ fans that sold out Aftershock Fest presented by Monster Energy Drink.

Day 2 of Monster Energy’s Aftershock Fest 2014 was an amusement park filled with rock heavy weights giving festival goers a wide range of metal mania from hardcore thrash, Goth rock to hard hitting metal on each of the four stages. Not only that, the fans were able to enjoy cool merch, great food, awesome music experience at the Crazy Dave’s Music Experience. Festival goers were able to enjoy all the elements that are involved in making music in a professional band setting. The interactive exhibit features guitars, basses, amps, drums, keyboards and electronic gear that are used by today’s most popular bands.

As a music lover we loved the festival and dub Aftershock one of the best music festivals to attend. Like we said before if you love to crowd surf, mosh and just have a good old time and enjoy great music from great bands like Rob Zombie [photo gallery], Godsmack [photo gallery], Buckcherry [photo gallery], Seether [photo gallery], Rise Against [photo gallery], Of Mice & Men [photo gallery], Theory of A Deadman, Mastodon, Lacuna Coil [all 3 seen below], Five Finger Death Punch [photo gallery], Atreyu and more than Aftershock Music Festival is your gateway to the promise land. It’s a plethora of metal madness with a splash of hard hitting rock and roll.

The festival was a great experience, despite the heat we enjoyed every second. We would like to give another HUGE shout out to Kristine, Michael, Heather and the whole PR team for being so incredibly awesome.

We highly recommend if you are heading out to Aftershock Music Fest 2015 that you do the VIP experience, it’s worth the money. It is the best way to watch the show as festival goers get outdoor seating, their own VIP bar, food and merch area all fully shaded and next to stage North and South. It the best VIP layout for festival goers to watch the show kick back in the shade and relax.

Aftershock’s VIP beats out the rest of the festival VIP areas at other events around the bay area. Other festivals need to take note on how to do a VIP area from Aftershock. We hope next year Aftershock adds another VIP area like Stage North & South with seating in the shade for stage West. That will completely make Aftershock top notch!
