The former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant and Keeping Up with The Kardashian’s star, Rob Kardashian seems to be little sensitive about having his picture taken lately.

Could it be that Rob, 26, has put on a few unwanted pounds?

Rob Kardashian is in hot water after a female photographer accused Kardashian of assaulting her and making away with her memory card.

Arepresentative from the Beverly Hills Police Department told ABC News in a statement:

“The paparazzi alleged that while she was photographing Rob Kardashian, he grabbed her camera and removed the memory card.”

“During the struggle the paparazzi stated that she was struck in the face by Rob Kardashian.”

The altercation happened when the photographer supposedly took photos of Kardashian while he was changing his shirt.

Kardashian has been open about his quest to lose weight after packing on the pounds during his relationship with Rita Ora. Perhaps the prospect of shirtless pictures with the extra bulk was enough to spur the spree.
