Lisa Hochstein got the bright idea to raise her asking price from $10.75 million of 2 years, (because nobody wanted to waste their money on the over-priced mansion) to $11.5 million. She thinks it will attract more of the right buyers.

Lisa Hochstein and her plastic surgeon hubby Lenny now want $11.5 million for their decadent digs dubbed “Palacio del Eden,” Celebuzz has learned.
The boobilicious reality star’s gaudy taste is evident from the 5 bedrooms to the 6.5 baths.
The Sunset Island Mediterranean “masterpiece” (per the listing description) is really a work of art if you like tons of tacky European flair.
The beachfront retreat actually rivals that of any Beverly Hills housewife with tons of grandeur like a stained glass dome accenting the foyer, 13-seat home theatre, billiard room, hand-painted fresco ceilings, and plenty of marble archways and columns.
But we have to say the true beauty is outside where every inch takes advantage of the breathtaking Miami weather with a mosaic infinity pool and huge inner courtyard for lounging and entertaining.
After 935 days on the market, we’ll see if Hochstein’s high-priced strategy pays off. After all, the extra time has come in handy after they recently spent millions purchasing their Walter DeGarmo-designed dream home that has turned into a nightmare investment for the celeb couple. Their new ivory mansion hasn’t been all that grand after literally “falling apart” and construction plans have been blocked by preservationists.
