“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kim Richards Arrested after she kicked a police officer following a boozy hissy fit at a swanky hotel, authorities said.
The former Disney and Tuff Turf (which launched the career’s of James Spader and Robert Downey Jr) star turned reality TV star past has caught up to her after a turmoltuous season on RHOBH.

Richards, whose past struggles with sobriety are an ongoing source of drama on the show, was ordered by security at the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel to leave after causing a disturbance early Thursday morning at a hotel restaurant, police said. They were escorting her out when she asked to use the restroom, and then refused to come out.
Police responded about 2 a.m. and took the former child actress into custody. Richards was belligerently drunk, slurring her speech and cursing at officers as she “passively resisted arrest,” police said.Richards,50, smelled like alcohol, and her ugly behavior only got worse when officers brought her to the station for booking on charges of public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on an officer, authorities said. She allegedly kicked one cop in the leg.
The diminutive reality TV star checked into rehab in late 2011, and she’s angrily fended off accusations from co-stars she has fallen off the wagon.Richards appears on the Bravo show with her younger sister Kyle Richards. She is also the aunt of socialite Paris Hilton.She was issued a citation for the charges and released at 10:36 a.m. on Thursday, police said.
She’s scheduled to appear on May 10 at Los Angeles Superior Court.
