Reynaldo Rey Dies!!!
Longtime comedian and character actor, Reynaldo Rey Dies at 75 after suffering complications from a stroke a year prior.
Reynaldo Rey best known role as Red’s Father in “Friday,” or his many character roles in “White Men Can’t Jump,” “Harlem Nights” and “House Party”.

He was also known for his TV sitcoms back to the 80s … such as “The Bernie Mac Show,” “The Wayans Bros.,” “227,” and “Sanford.”
His manager tells us Rey passed away in a hospital. He suffered a stroke last year … and started suffering complications in January. He’d checked into the hospital for treatment.
We’re told his wife was at his side when he died.
