Reese Witherspoon had one of those “This Is So Embarrassing” moments back in May when she was spotted getting a little mouthy with law enforcement.
Well it seems that Reese Witherspoon incident is now haunting her since she was recently spotted once again mixing alcohol and autos.

Witherspoon and her husband were infamously arrested in April, when Witherspoon mouthed off to a policeman arresting Toth for a DUI. Witherspoon got cuffed for disorderly conduct and later apologized.
It’s not the first time that the Louisiana-born actress has mixed alcohol and autos.

But a source close to Witherspoon says the Academy Award winning actress (for “Walk the Line“) is a responsible drinker and citizen.
“She personally has never had an issue with drinking and driving,” says the source, who claimed Witherspoon had just one glass of rose — and at the very beginning of the meal.
She didn’t get into the car until at least two hours had passed, the source said.
