Following Andrew’s allegations, Kordell Stewart sued him for defamation of character. Apparently Andrew Caldwell’s allegations didn’t hold up in court, now Stewart is set to receive millions.

While many gay men were crossing their fingers the rumors were true, Kordell was distraught after he was plagued by gay rumors. Sick and tired of the FAKE NEWS, Kordell filed his lawsuit against the viral video star.

Later, Caldwell admitted that he lied about the accusations and apologized to Kordell about the drama.

How did Kordell Stewart win the lawsuit?

Simple, Caldwell dismissed Kordell’s lawsuit and vowed to fight back in court. The only problem is, when the court date came, Caldwell was nowhere to be found. The judge was forced to side with Stewart.

Kordell won the case, but it wasn’t enough.

Stewart argued that he suffered damages to his career, image, and family and asked the judge to have Caldwell pay him $4.5 million in damages. Including $2 million in damages for emotional stress and professional harm.

The judge didn’t agree on the hefty amount, but he did learn that he will be receiving $3 million for general and punitive damages to his reputation.

Congrats Kordell on the win. Sorry men, Mr. Stewart can’t come out and play. We wonder what his money hungry thirst trap ex Porsha is thinking about Kordell winning?
