CelebnMusic247.com reports Fivio Foreign is still being held in jail on charges that he assaulted his 24-year-old pregnant girlfriend over the weekend.

A judge ordered that he remain held in the county lockup pending further court proceedings. Reportedly, his girlfriend is pregnant with their second child.

It was originally reported that Fivio Foreign (real name Maxie Lee Ryles III) has reportedly been arrested. While very few details have been released about his detainment.

The Mase’s RichFish Records and Columbia Records 30-year-old rapper was allegedly arrested over the weekend for simple assault in New Jersey.

Fivio Foreign claim to fame is his single “Big Drip”, which received a remix with Lil Baby and Quavo.

Before that, Fivio was featured on Drake’s song “Demons”, which charted at 34 on the Billboard Hot 100, earning him his first Billboard-charting single.

Later in May, he collaborated with Lil Tjay and Pop Smoke on the song “Zoo York”, which peaked at 65 on the Hot 100.

As for his arrest and charges, no additional details have yet been released.
