Two brothers are being sought in the Sunday killing of a New Brunswick rapper at a Somerset Street hair salon.
Authorities are seeking Zaire Cromedy, 21, of Langley Place, New Brunswick, and Antwan Cromedy, 28, of Vosseller Avenue, Bound Brook. Both have been charged by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office with the first-degree murder of 28-year-old Eric Andrews Jr.

Law-enforcement authorities are continuing their search for the suspects. Detectives are urging the brothers to turn themselves in.
If anyone should come into contact or see wither of the Cromedy brothers, they are asked to notify police immediately, Somerset County Prosecutor Geoffrey Soriano said. Both suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
The investigation found that Andrews was shot following a verbal and physical dispute with an individual inside the salon, Soriano said.
While numerous witnesses were present and might have seen the shooting, detectives have received limited information about the suspects, according to the prosecutor.
Employees and customers at the hair salon were reluctant to talk to the media Tuesday morning.
Franklin police received a 911 call about a shooting at Nu Trendz at 5:53 p.m. Sunday.
Franklin police officers found Andrews, who was transported to the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Trauma Center in New Brunswick, where he died, according to authorities.
According to a News 12 report, Andrews was known as “Rapper E-9” and was part of a rap duo with longtime friend George Opoku, known as 6FO.

Two men were arrested and charged with murder Tuesday for allegedly fatally shooting aspiring hip-hop performer Eric Andrews Jr., who performed under the moniker “E-9,” the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office said.
Antwan Cromedy, 28, of Bound Brook was arrested by detectives at his Bound Brook home shortly after noon and his brother, 21 year-old Zaire Cromedy of New Brunswick surrendered to police hours later, according to Somerset County Prosecutor Geoffrey D. Soriano.
The brothers were identified as suspects in Sunday’s fatal shooting inside the Nu Trendz Hair Salon in Franklin Township after detectives followed several leads and interviewed dozens of witnesses, authorities said.
Both men were charged with first-degree murder and were being held at Somerset County Jail on $500,000 bail, Soriano said.
