While it’s being reported that R. Kelly gives “zero f***s” about how he’s being portrayed, and he can’t be bothered by the public’s reaction …”
Other reports are surfacing that R. Kelly is planning to publicly DRAG one of his alleged sex crime victims. Read on…
CelebNMusic247.com is hearing that R. Kelly threatened to publicly humiliate one of his alleged rape victims by having “10 personal male witnesses” testify about her sex life.
R. Kelly is said to be dredging up embarrassing medical records, according to newly filed court papers.
The 52-year-old R&B singer went on a scorched-earth campaign against Faith Rodgers in an Oct. 22 letter addressed to her lawyer, Lydia Hills.
Why R. Kelly Plans to Publicly DRAG One of His Alleged Sex Victims:
Kelly wrote:
Please advise Ms. Rodgers, your client to abandon this heartless effort to try to destroy my musical legacy for selfish, personal enrichment. If she persists in court action she will be subjected to public opinion during the discovery process.
The note — signed “Robert Sylvester Kelly” — was made public Thursday as part of Rodgers’ lawsuit claiming she was raped by the singer and allegedly infected with herpes.
Kelly didn’t stop there, he continued stating:
For example, my law team is prepared to request the production of the medical test results proving the origin of her STD claim, as well as 10 personal male witnesses testifying under oath about her sex life in support of her claim and complete records of her text/face time message exchanges, which will be reviewed to match and be authenticated by the recipient to ensure [sic] there are no omissions or deletions.
According to PageSix, the rest of the one-page letter is filled with nonsensical legal jargon.
The legal jargon reads as follows:
This is to enlighten you concerning the presumption of court appearances that you may not be aware of since your attorneys are taught a coloring of law and not Canon or Common Law,” wrote Kelly, who has admitted in his song “I Admit” to being illiterate.
At a press conference in January, Rodgers, who is now 21, and her attorney Gloria Allred said they were about to meet with the NYPD over her claims.
Wow. #SMH
