R. Kelly Gets 1st Mugshot; Michael Avenatti Guns to Take Him DownCelebNMusic247.com reports that Michael Avenatti is going hard by posting visual proof to “leave no question” in Kelly’s guilt.

Currently, R. Kelly is facing 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse against four alleged victims. The case is built against Kellz via Michael Avenatti, who is currently representing six clients including two alleged victims, two parents, and two “whistleblowers.”

Avenatti recently tweeted screenshots from the sex tape that led to R. Kelly’s warrant and surrender on Friday, February 22.

Of course, Avanetti defended his decision for publishing the graphic content stating:

These are all of R. Kelly. No minor is depicted or shown.

He clarifies:

The tape was shot in the late ‘90s, approximately 1999, it depicts two separate scenes shot on two separate days within Mr. Kelly’s residence at the time. The audio on the tape, you can clearly listen to it — it is clear — the video is far superior to the video that was used in connection to the 2008 trial. It is an entirely different video.” In this new video, R. Kelly is believed to repeatedly “refer to the victim’s age as 14” over 10 separate times.

Avanetti concludes by saying:

I expect R Kelly to also face federal charges in the coming weeks/months. These charges will be distinct from the crimes for which he was charged yesterday and will result in a separate criminal proceeding. Ultimately, R Kelly will rightly spend his remaining days in prison.

The singer’s attorney also went on to claim that Cook County, Illinois, State Attorney Kim Foxx indicted the singer in response to public pressure.

Kellz attorney response:

I had a discussion with the state’s attorney’s office earlier this week [and] we were supposed to meet next week and have a discussion about what they had. I was gonna be allowed to address what they had, then they just decided to indict him today for whatever reason. I suspect this is succumbing to public pressure.

R. Kelly, whose real name is Robert Sylvester Kelly, is also facing investigations from at least three different federal law enforcement agencies. The list includes at least one examining his alleged relationships with underage girls and whether they were trafficked, according to reports.

It appears his days are numbered.
