Pixie Geldof Pulls out of Coachella
After news broke that her sister Peaches Geldof died earlier this week, DJ Pixie Geldof pulled out of her set at the Coachella Festival.
CelebNMusic247.com has learned that the 23-year-old model and socialite was scheduled to play the Old Navy Oasis event on April 12 at the annual festival in Indio, California.
Peaches Geldof’s cause of death still remains inconclusive as reports still explains her passing as a “non-suspicious, but unexplained” cause of death. Today the coroner was unsuccessful in finding a cuase of death. They will now wait for the toxicology report for further details of her death.
Furthermore, Coachella organisers have revealed in a statement to CelebNMusic247.com:
“We can confirm that Pixie Geldof was scheduled to DJ at The Old Navy Oasis event, but is no longer participating.”
Peaches Geldof passed away at her home in Wrotham, Kent on Monday (April 7). Tributes have been paid to the 25-year-old mother-of-two by her father Sir Bob Geldof, husband Thomas Cohen and sister Fifi Geldof.
Peaches’s final column for Mother & Baby magazine was published yesterday (April 8), in which she described her life as “perfect” and credited motherhood for giving her “an anchor”.
