Paula Deen Compares Herself To Gay NFL Prospect

Say it isn’t so? Paula Deen may be opening a new restaurant, but she has done it again with a new offensive comment about NFL’s gay football prospect Michael Sam.

Just when we thought Paula Deen was back on the right track she has opened her mouth and inserted her foot in it.  Dean thought she was smart when she decided to compare herself to gay football player Michael Sam by saying;

I’m “like that black football player” Michael Sam.

The celebrity chef had a big falling out with the commercial world nine months back, after admitting she used the N-word and now this.  Does this woman get it or is she just completely oblivious to everyone in the world.

There is more to the world than Mayonaise and seasoning salt.

Deen proceeded to shove her foot deeper to the back of her mouth, referring to NFL prospect Michael Sam.

“I’m fighting to get my name back. I feel like ’embattled’ or ‘disgraced’ will always follow my name. It’s like that black football player who recently came out.”

 “He said, ‘I just want to be known as a football player. I don’t want to be known as a gay football player.’ I know exactly what he’s saying.”

Wait it gets worst. CelebNMusic247.com also found out Paula Deen said this:

“If it wasn’t for my fans’ love, I’d be home breathing into a paper bag.”

She should try that when she feels like comparing herself to gay athletes.

Deen revealed at her lowest point, cooking was her only comfort. Deen told People. The crazed baking prompted her husband of nearly 10 years, Michael Groover, 58, to tell her,

“I made eight cakes in six days.”

“Honey, I don’t know if I’m going to survive this.”

“I used to have dreams that I lost everything.”

” And when it finally happens, you think, ‘I’m still alive.'”

As for what’s she’s learned, she says:

“Michael told me, ‘You’ve learned how badly words can hurt and how powerful they are.’ I have been hurt by them, and I unintentionally hurt others. But I don’t want that to define who I am.”

Really Paula Deen, Really?
