Paul George Recovering After Surgery
The Indiana Pacers baller Paul George is recovering after surgery which took two hours, unfortunately the NBA announced Paul George will be out for the 2014-2015 season!
In case you hadn’t heard, the Team USA showcase came to a gruesome and unfortunate end on Friday night, when Indiana Pacers small forward Paul George suffered what appeared to be a serious right leg injury early in the fourth quarter and the game was subsequently called off.
As George flew down the floor in pursuit of opposing player James Harden, he slid into the base behind the basket and his leg wrenched in such a way that fans and players alike covered their eyes in disgust. It appeared to break just above his ankle. An official announcement of the injury has yet to be made.
Word is, Paul George went under the knife for 2 hours and had a successful surgery, but friends were there to console him. CelebNMusic247.com has learned via BallerAlert.com that the Indiana Pacers baller Paul George will be out for the 2014-2015 season but that’s not stopping the support from everyone, including Floyd Mayweather.
Fellow players and athletes have sent out their well wishes, even visiting him in the hospital. Kevin Ware, who suffered a similarly horrific (if not worse) accident last year tweeted his support to George saying, “Minor setback for a major comeback PG.”
Dallas Mavs’ Chandler Parsons tweeted:
“Everybody say your prayers for @Paul_George24 and his family. He will come back stronger from this. #USA”
