Ever since  Nicollette Sheridan was wrongfully fired from Desperate Housewives she been none stop battling ABC in a legal battle, well today ABC has blocked her with a dismissal.

We understand Nicollette Sheridan may be talking some truth, but she has to remember one key thing, she is going up against ABC (Disney Studios) and their powerhouse of lawyers, so its a lose lose situation, because they will NEVER let her win!

To recap:

Over a year after Nicollette Sheridan saw her wrongful termination suit against Desperate Housewives ended in a mistrial, the actress today got a new trial date. Sheridan and defendants Touchstone Television will be back in court on December 2, LA Superior Court judge Michael Stern ruled today. Stern’s ruling came after denying a motion by the defendants to have the case dismissed.

Well it’s 5 months later and it seems ABC has gotten their way once again since a judge has dismissed actress Nicollette Sheridan’s long-running lawsuit.

Here’s the drop:

Judge Michael Stern ruled Friday that Sheridan’s case couldn’t proceed because the actress should have exhausted her claims to a labor commissioner before pursuing a trial.

Sheridan was seeking a re-trial on her claim that she was fired from “Desperate Housewives” because she complained that the show’s creator Marc Cherry hit her on the head in 2008 on the set.

A jury in 2012 deadlocked 8-4 in Sheridan’s favor that ABC had retaliated against Sheridan.

Adam Levin, an attorney for ABC, said the network was pleased with the ruling.

Sheridan’s lawyers say they plan to appeal.
