Nicki Minaj Addresses Criticism After Speaking On PnB Rock’s Death!
The Barb’s Queen is speaking #FACTS!
After the news broke that rapper PnB Rock was shot and killed at Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles, hip hop has weighed in about the incident blaming his girlfriend for posting his location on social media…
CelebnMusic247.com reports that Nicki Minaj spoke out after the tragic shooting death of PnB Rock.
Monday night, shortly after news of PnB Rock’s murder was confirmed, Nicki Minaj addressed the death in a series of tweets. Centered in her comments about the shooting was criticism of the practice of sharing one’s location to social media, while she also remembered Rock as “a pleasure to work with” and sent condolences to his loved ones.
Nicki said:
After Pop Smoke there’s no way we as rappers or our loved ones are still posting locations to our whereabouts. To show waffles & some fried chicken????! He was such a pleasure to work with. Condolences to his mom & family. This makes me feel so sick. Jesus.
In a follow-up message, this time in response to a tweet referencing the shooting deaths of Nipsey Hussle and XXXTentacion, Nicki shared her opinion that artists are often viewed as “prey” within “a world full of predators.”
The ppl around these rappers gain so much. It’s time to start really reminding them over & over!!! At least TRY to put your foot down if you CARE! Tell them!!! You’re not loved like you think you are!!! You’re prey!!!! In a world full of predators!!!! What’s not clicking???!!! https://t.co/wpfxtnkBU6

Nicki went on to defend herself after people accused her of blaming PnB Rock’s girlfriend for posting their location on Twitter.
Yup. Ima say what I want. As a RAPPER & as a MOTHER. I know 1st hand how these guys feel coming from the streets then being able to provide for their moms. My heart is hurting for the MOTHERS OF THESE KIDS that tried to make something better of their lives!!! LETS EDUCATE ASAP!!! https://t.co/9YFjbZfQWx

To be honest, it is his girlfriend’s fault – if she didn’t post his location, PnB Rock would still be alive today.
