Real Housewives of Atlanta husband Todd Tucker has just been SLAPPED with a lawsuit by R&B Divas producer Nicci Gilbert over the title of his new reality series Hollywood Divas, which set to premiere on TVOne.
If Todd Tucker doesn’t come up with a new name for his show Nicci Gilbert is ready to SHUT HIM DOWN since the ‘Divas’ franchise belongs to her!
CelebNMusic247.com has learned from TheJasmineBrand who had a one on one with Nicci, who is suing TVOne for breach of contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, fraudulent inducement, fraudulent misrepresentation, negligent misrepresentation, unjust enrichment, tortious interference with business relations, tortious interference with prospective economic advantage, recovery of unpaid wages, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, attorneys fees and punitive damages.
