(CelebNMusic247 – NewsNFL Rejects Kanye And Eminem Super Bowl Offers?

No matter how hard Kanye and Eminem parlay for the half time show for the Super Bowl the NFL doesn’t want them!

How much would it cost for you to get on stage at a party and do your job for an hour?

For Kanye West, it would take at least $1 million. For Eminem, it would take double that.

That’s right—the two hip-hop icons allegedly turned down big-money offers fromNFL owners to play at a Super Bowl party this February.

According to TMZ, NFL owners are throwing a private gala for the Super Bowl and were looking to procure an A-list artist to perform for the 1,500 lucky people on the guest list.

The owners’ primary targets have allegedly rebuffed their advances, though, according to the gossip site.

Their report states that, like Eminem’s $2 million figure, Kanye West’s terms were allegedly too steep. Apparently, Yeezy wanted big money and too much garnish on the side.

“It was $1 million…plus a lot of other perks,” according to one of TMZ’s sources.

However, the site reports that a performer has been secured for the event. After failing to entice the two hip-hop stars, the owners were able to book R&B singerJanelle Monae, who will perform at the party for the relatively meager cost of $150,000.

Two things must be noted about this turn of events.

First, the owners of NFL teams were trying to hire two of the most controversial rap artists in recent history for their party. That alone is amusing.

Second, Kanye’s alleged offer to the owners undercut Eminem’s by half and was still turned down. He asked for a cool $1 million less, but his additional “perks” were enough to make the owners back away from the deal.
