NeNe Leakes Gets Cut Back on Housewives
For months rumors have been swirling that NeNe Leakes was going to lose her Peach on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and be cut down to a reappearing guest on season seven.
CelebNMusic247.com previously reported thanks to an inside source who gave us the drop back in May. However, mainstream media is finally hearing what we’ve been talking about for months.
The Star Magazine has this report on NeNe since a source revealed that “NeNe scenes with Gregg were the lowest of all the housewives.”
Word is, Bravo execs want to drop NeNe down to part-time status and axe her pay to $500,000 for the season – which puts her at a lower rate than Kandi Burruss and Phaedra Parks, who make $850,000.
The source says:
“NeNe balked at the idea of going part-time and she would quit first.”
“If she wants the same pay, Bravo will require that she shoot more with the other ladies.”
So far no word from NeNe on the pay cut and scene cuts.
