In the final scene of Thor, actress Natalie Portman was unable to make it to the shoot, so Thor aka Chris Hemsworth ended up kissing his wife!
Thor has proven to be a HUGE boxoffice success, pulling in over $180 million, but did you know that the romantic kiss between Hemsworth and Portman was fake?
Natalie Portman reveals that Chris Hemsworth‘s wife, Fast And Furious star Elsa Pataky did a little filling in for her on the set of the sequel!
That final kiss really was between Hemsworth and Pataky for the filming of Thor: The Dark World.
Specifically, Elsa wore a Portman-esque looking wig when kissing her husband for the tricky final makeout scene in Thor: The Dark World.
Natalie says:
“It was for reshoots (after the film was finished) and he was working in Hong Kong and I couldn’t get there because I was working on my own film.
And so they put his wife in my wig and costume, that’s why it was so passionate. It was such a perfect solution, wasn’t it.”
Wow, this sounds like some Loki-ish style Hollywood movie magic in the making. We could even tell it was NOT Natalie Portman, could you?
No wonder, Hemsworth has knocked up his wife, Elsa Pataky again.
