The love and Hip Hop star also revealed the face of his first baby mama, besides Erica Dean who is his current baby mama.
Saigon writes this about Erica Dean:
“Now Milan‘s mom is like Puerto Rican and Irish and bunch of other dangerous shit. This girl knows how to hit u where it hurts. But we cool…… I think.. She’s an awessssooommmmeee mother though. I give her that”
And in regards to his first baby mama, Saigon adds:
