We previously reported that Wall and Bash were arrested back in December.

Fast forward to now, the case got thrown out! During their drug case the panel declined to indict the Houston rappers Tuesday, citing insufficient evidence to convict them. The incident was back in December, but it appears the court had to throw out the case

Over the holidays, The Po Up Poet and Baby were arrested in an undercover raid while attending a weed party in Houston.

Now, TMZ reports:

They’d been booked for possession of marijuana and intent to sell, both felonies in Texas. It appeared the case was moving forward a few months ago when the artists told a judge they would test positive for THC.

Like Baby told us, they were dabbling in dabs and pot at the shindig. Still, not enough for the grand jury.

Every state NEEDS to make marijuana legal with a card. Then all these dumb-ass arrests would end. Police NEED to go after killers, murderers and rapists NOT a person smoking weed. That shit is straight up stupid! Get your priorities straight America, you still get your kick-back from all the weed business, so legalize it!
