The word is spreading KAABOO is a hit! Gordon Bills says:
“[2016], we had attendees from all 50 states and, I think, 33 countries, which was a significant increase from 2015.”

We experienced KAABOO in 2015 and all we can say is that it was a lot of fun to be at a festival by the ocean. The setting was extraordinary, and the music was out of this world. It was great to change settings around the seven stage offering. The festival’s previous two editions have offered a range of VIP amenities, from on-site concierges and complimentary food prepared by a private chef to surfing lessons with Rob Machado and a swimming pool with private cabanas overlooking one of the stages.
Last year KAABOO 2016 increased in attendance, with an estimated 40,000 people. The VIP tickets were sold out immediately with Aerosmith and The Chainsmokers each drew overflow crowds for the concurrent evening sets on the festival’s largest two outdoors stages.
This year, the 2017 KAABOO Del Mar Festival is back with more great headliners like Pink, Tom Petty, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Muse, Weezer, and Jane’s Addiction.
The festival will be setting it off over the three days in San Diego county. This year Gordon bills has a solution after what happened at last years festival. The over-crowding was sure to happen the second year, and the road bumps will hopfully be smoothed out. It is what all festivals go through after the debut year.
For 2017, Gordon bills reveals that they’ve made some tweaks to the layout to smooth things out.
“The whole layout of the site has been tweaked from last year to try and provide for better crowd flow and a little more of a central core for late-night activities. We’re also adding a ride-share terminal, where both Uber and Lyft will be able to pick up and drop off people in a central location.”
