In the world of hip hop news, there has been some drama this holiday season with Young Money as rapper Lil Wayne Wants off Label Xzibit Gets DUI!

First of all who knew that Rapper Xzibit was getting married in the first place? I mean, let’s discuss this because either I’m late or it was never broadcasted. It turns out he married his longtime boo Krista Joiner on Saturday in Laguna Beach, CA.

After the wedding ceremony they turned up at St. Regis Monarch Beach for the reception. It seems Xzibit drank a lil’ too much because he was pulled over by the police for speeding while he was on his way home with his bride.

It would have just been a speeding ticket, except he smelled like Hen-dawg, so was arrested for DUI.

It appears he wasn’t affected at all by this because he recently posted a beautiful statement about his wedding on Instagram.

“Yesterday was our wedding day. It was nothing short of amazing. We were surrounded by friends and family and had an outstanding ceremony. It was not tainted by negative energy and I made sure it stayed that way. There was a time I thought I would NEVER get married. Across town Lil Wayne BLASTS Cash Money Wanting Out of His Contract!

About an hour ago Lil Wayne broke his silence about his true feelings towards Baby & Cash Money. Many were shocked because we didn’t see this coming.

Tyga & Lil Twist has been front page news complaining about the label, but it appears Lil Wayne has jumped on the band wagon.

This is what Lil Wayne said:

“To all my fans, I want you to know that my album won’t and hasn’t been released because Baby & Cash Money refuse to release it. This is not my fault. I am truly and deeply sorry to all my fans but most of all to myself and my family for putting us in this situation. I want off this label and nothing to do with these people but unfortunately it ain’t that easy. I am a prisoner and so is my creativity again, I am truly sorry and I don’t blame ya if ya fed up with waiting for me and this album. But Thank You.”
