Earlier today [October 22nd], Gunplay was released on $150,000 bond.
The Maybach Music Group rapper is currently on house arrest following his detainment in connection with a robbery at a Miami tax office.
Play, born Richard Morales, is still facing charges of second degree aggravated assault with a firearm and armed robbery.

Gunplay’s attorney Michael Grieco, said:
“The state did not prove that Mr. Morales was a flight risk or a threat to the community.”
“He should be home with his family shortly. This is first step in clearing his name so he can continue his emerging music career.”
Initially, the arrest occurred after Gunplay reportedly stole a cell phone and gold chain on April 13th. Since the footage surfaced online, showing Gunplay caught in the act threatening an accountant with a gun and assaults him. Things may be pointing to jail time.
